Ronald Torretti founded and is the President of Turris Group, Inc a company focused exclusively on "Keeping Companies Growing" by way of expert succession planning/financing, management buy outs, ESOP structuring/financing, or a controlled highly confidential sale to financial or strategic buyers. Prior to Turris Group and Cross Keys Capital, Ronald was a Managing Director of an M&A division for First Union National Bank, now Wells Fargo. He then joined the bank after selling The Mid Atlantic Companies, Ltd a company he Co-owned and Co-founded. Ronald has a MSM and MSFS from the American College.
