Ronald Goldman Bio

Mr. Goldman joined Croft & Bender in 1997. Prior to joining Croft & Bender, Mr. Goldman worked in the Corporate Finance Department at The Robinson-Humphrey Company, Inc., one of the largest regional investment banking firms in the country at the time. With over 25 years of investment banking and private equity experience, Mr. Goldman has completed numerous transactions for both private and public companies across a wide range of industries. Currently, Mr. Goldman’s investment banking practice is focused on providing merger & acquisition and private capital advisory services to middle market and emerging growth companies, with particular expertise in healthcare, business services and technology. As a Managing Partner of C&B Capital, the private equity affiliate of Croft & Bender, Mr. Goldman also has experience on the principal investing side of the business, including serving on the board or as a Board Observer for Payerpath, Vesdia (now Cartera Commerce), Focus Receivables, Fit4D (now Cecelia Health), Reach Health, Patheaus Health, Cypress Care (now Healthcare Solutions), and Navitas. Mr. Goldman received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Management, magna cum laude, from Tulane University.
