Bio

Mr. Germany joined Croft & Bender in 2020. Prior to joining Croft & Bender, Mr. Germany was an Associate at Evercore where he advised companies on mergers, acquisitions and shareholder activism. From 2013 to 2016, Mr. Germany worked in fixed income trading for a global capital markets trading firm. Mr. Germany received an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a B.B.A. in Finance, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia.
