Bio

Mr. Yannucci joined Croft & Bender in 2021. Prior to joining Croft & Bender, he worked for Truist Securities (f.k.a. SunTrust Robinson Humphrey) for 10 years. Mr. Yannucci spent his first eight years at Truist in the Mergers & Acquisitions group before transitioning to an industry coverage role, focused on the Transportation & Logistics sector. He has extensive experience advising middle market clients on both sell-side and buy-side transactions. From 2006 to 2009, Mr. Yannucci worked for Deloitte Consulting’s Emerging Markets practice, where he focused on supporting international development projects. Mr. Yannucci received his M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and a B.S. in Finance from George Mason University.
