Monica Martinez Bio

Monica is responsible for executing merger and acquisition transactions at CriticalPoint. She brings over 12 years of experience in financial due diligence, project management, strategic innovation, and public accountancy across a breadth of industries. Prior to joining CriticalPoint, Monica worked in Deloitte’s Merger and Acquisition Advisory practice, participating in all phases of the transaction life cycle. She led due diligence teams that advised the firm’s most significant private equity and strategic corporate clients, and her deal experience covers a variety of transaction environments including acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures in the U.S. and internationally. Monica received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the USC Leventhal School of Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. She is a Certified Public Accountant and registered Project Management Professional.
