Luke is responsible for originating and executing merger and acquisition transactions at CriticalPoint Partners. He brings over 10 years of investment banking, operational and program management experience covering a range of diverse industries. Prior to joining CriticalPoint, Luke was with Goldman Sachs for three years where he worked in the West Region Advisory group of the Investment Banking Division. He advised on buy-side / sell-side engagements, recapitalizations and public offerings for corporate clients across a variety of industry verticals to include consumer / retail, healthcare, media, technology and real estate. In his time with the firm, Luke successfully supported and executed multiple mergers and acquisitions with transaction values totaling more than $3.2 billion. Prior to Goldman, Luke served on active duty for over seven years in the United States Air Force. While in the Air Force, he worked as an Acquisition Officer developing and acquiring next-generation space and missile technologies for the Pentagon. Luke also served as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer leading over 300 individuals in maintenance operations for multi-million dollar surveillance and intelligence aircraft. He deployed to South America supporting the southern hemisphere’s drug and narcotic interdiction program. Luke received his Bachelor of Science in Management from the United States Air Force Academy and Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Emerging Enterprise from Oklahoma State University. He is a Registered Representative of BA Securities, LLC and holds FINRA series 79 license.
