Linda is responsible for CriticalPoint Partners’ strategic, operational and business initiatives. She brings over 12 years of experience in private equity, private debt, and investment banking, and has worked on numerous transactions across a breadth of industries in the middle market. Prior to joining CriticalPoint Partners, Linda worked as an investment professional at Ares Management’s BDC, Ares Capital Corporation, where she focused on direct lending solutions to financial sponsors including first lien, unitranche, second lien and mezzanine financings. Prior to joining Ares, Linda worked as an investment professional at Riverside Partners in Boston, a private equity firm focused on investments in the healthcare and technology sectors. Earlier, Linda worked in the Leverage Buyouts Group of American Capital focused on investing in life sciences and industrial technology, consumer products and business services companies. Linda began her career in finance working in the Los Angeles Office of Credit Suisse First Boston as an Investment Banking Analyst. Linda earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Honors Business Administration, as well as her Bachelor of Engineering Science degree in Civil Engineering, from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario in Canada.
