Diane is responsible for originating and executing merger and acquisition transactions. She has over ten years of investment banking experience advising owners of middle-market companies on mergers and acquisitions, private placements and public offerings across a wide variety of industries. Prior to joining CriticalPoint, Diane was with Greif & Co. where she worked on sell-side mergers and acquisitions in a variety of practice areas including industrial, manufacturing/ distribution and consumer products. Before joining Greif & Co., she successfully executed numerous transactions at WestPark Capital, focused on private placements of equity capital and public transactions for lower middle-market companies in the U.S. and internationally. Prior to WestPark, Diane operated her own business plan writing and business development consulting company for entrepreneurial clients seeking venture capital funding. Earlier in her career, she was a Director of Operations for a Boston-based hedge fund, whereby she focused on equity research, trading and operations. Diane graduated with her B.S. in finance and marketing from Boston College and an MBA from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management. She is a Registered Representative of BA Securities, LLC and holds FINRA Series 7, 79 & 63 licenses.
