Brad Holtmeier joined CriticalPoint Partners in early 2013 after spending 10 years in various finance roles including, most recently, over eight years in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Platinum Equity. While at Platinum, Brad led complex buy-side, sell-side and financing transactions in the U.S. and in Europe. In addition, Brad held board positions for several companies in both the U.S. and Europe. Prior to joining Platinum Equity in 2005, Brad worked as a Senior Credit Officer for the specialty finance company Jules and Associates where he structured and executed over $100 million of commercial loans to middle market companies. Earlier in his career, Brad was an Acquisitions Officer for over five years in the United States Air Force. In his final assignment, he helped procure multi-billion dollar Global Positioning System satellite technology. As an Executive Vice President of CriticalPoint Partners, Brad’s primary goal is to help clients build shareholder value on a highly accelerated timeframe with comprehensive M&A and advisory support. Brad received his Bachelor’s Degree in Management from the United States Air Force Academy and Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Southern California. He is a Registered Representative of BA Securities, LLC and holds FINRA series 7 and 63 licenses.
