Nicholas Smith Bio

Mr. Smith provides financial analysis, due diligence, and capital solutions to middle-market companies in a broad range of industries for mergers, acquisitions, leveraged finance, and equity capital markets. Prior to Crewe, Mr. Smith worked in wealth management providing financial solutions for high-net-worth individuals, corporations, not-for-profits, and other organizations. Mr. Smith received a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi and an MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.
