With over 18 years of experience as a practicing M&A and securities attorney, Mr. Lehnhof has unique expertise and perspective advising companies on M&A, financing, and other financial and strategic matters. Mr. Lehnhof began his career with the law firm of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP assisting issuers and underwriters with public capital markets transactions, following which he worked at Stoel Rives LLP in Salt Lake City focusing on mid-market and emerging-growth companies in fundraising and M&A activities as well as a wide range of other complex transactions on behalf of companies and institutional investors. Mr. Lehnhof is a founding partner of the law firm of Carman Lehnhof Israelsen LLP, is licensed to practice law in New York, Utah, and the District of Columbia, and holds a BA and a JD from Brigham Young University. Mr. Lehnhof is fluent in French.
