Tobias Seige is a Partner at Cowen’s European M&A group. He has been advising firms on international M&A transactions, carve-outs, and restructurings since 2004. Before joining Quarton, he was the CEO of Trident Components Group Ltd, a pan-European group which worked on the development and production of light metal components for the automobile industry that he had been building up for ten years and sold afterwards. Just before that, he spent twelve years at VDO Adolf Schindling AG, Frankfurt, one of the largest automobile suppliers for instruments, sensors, and electronics in the world where he was a member of the company management with global responsibilities. Mr. Seige continues to serve on the supervisory board of various firms throughout Europe and Germany. Tobias Seige is a graduate engineer from ETH Zürich has an MBA from INSEAD.
