Bio

Shawn Terry is a Managing Director, Strategic Capital at Cowen and was a co-Founder of MHT Partners. Prior to founding MHT Partners, he served as a Managing Director of the Crossroads Group, a private equity investment group. Previously, he was at McKinsey & Co where he focused on providing strategic advisory services to clients in the Consumer Goods, Transportation, Electronics, Medical and Retail industries. He began his career at Goldman, Sachs & Co. where he specialized in both corporate finance and M&A transactions for media and telecom firms. Shawn earned an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a BBA in Finance and a BA in Political Science at Southern Methodist University.
