Setch Subudhayangkul is a Managing Director in the San Francisco office and specializes in TMT Mergers and Acquisitions. He has been a Technology M&A banker his entire career and has advised public and private clients worth $100 million to $25 billion on numerous mergers, acquisitions, LBO, going privates, restructuring, cross border M&A, and other strategic transactions. He has advised on over 100 M&A transactions, valuing in excess of $65 billion. Before joining Cowen, Mr. Subudhayangkul was a Technology M&A investment banker at Houlihan Lokey, Piper Jaffray, and Merrill Lynch. Mr. Subudhayangkul earned a BS in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University.
