Bio

Rolf Holtmann is a Partner, Cowen’s European M&A group. He has been focused on advising and financing companies and Private Equity funds on national and international acquisition financings for nearly 25 years. Before he joined Quarton, Rolf was instrumental in setting up the Debt Advisory platform for Macquarie Capital in Germany. Prior to that he was heading the Leveraged Finance department for Societe Generale responsible for Germany and Eastern Europe and was member of the German management board. He started his career in M&A at Sal. Oppenheim before he moved to UBS, BHF-Bank and Merrill Lynch in the Leveraged Finance division. He has been providing consulting services to Quarton since 2016. Rolf Holtmann holds a degre in business administration of the University of Cologne and studied in Cologne and Pennsylvania State University.
