Bio

Pat Crocker is a Managing Director, Strategic Capital at Cowen and was a co-Founder of MHT Partners. Prior to founding MHT Partners, Pat spent over nine years at Harris Williams & Co where he managed the San Francisco office and served in various leadership capacities for the firm. Previously, Pat worked at OffRoad Capital, Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown, the Boston Consulting Group and Chase Manhattan Bank. Pat earned an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University and a BA in Engineering Sciences from Dartmouth College.
