Bio

Matt Schloop is a Managing Director, Mergers and Acquisitions at Cowen. Previously with Quarton International, he has over 20 years of investment banking and private equity experience across a variety of industries, with a particular focus on automotive aftermarket, manufacturing, distribution and service businesses. Prior to joining Quarton, Mr. Schloop spent eight years with Pfingsten Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm. Mr. Schloop also held positions at Mesirow Financial and P&M Corporate Finance prior to joining Pfingsten. Mr. Schloop has a BBA from The Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
