Scott joined Covington Associates as a Managing Director in 2013. He has over eighteen years of M&A, merchant banking and corporate strategy experience, primarily in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. Prior to joining Covington, Scott was a co-founder of Centerstone Partners, where he led all aspects of the firm’s healthcare investment activities. Prior to Centerstone, Scott was the Managing Principal at TriMountain Advisors, a boutique M&A advisory firm. Previously, Scott was the Director of Corporate Development at Fisher Scientific International, where he led mergers and acquisitions for Fisher’s healthcare and diagnostics businesses. Earlier in his career, Scott worked at Bain & Company, focusing on growth strategy engagements. In addition to his role at Covington, Scott sponsors principal transactions at Pleasant Bay Capital Partners. Scott holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Duke University.
