Mr. Faust has 20 years of corporate and investment banking expertise. Mr. Faust was one of the first employees of CoveView and has helped build the firm’s capabilities across all product lines with deep experience originating, structuring, and executing financing and M&A engagements. Mr. Faust has completed over 40 transactions across a wide range of industries. Mr. Faust also has experience as a principal investor as part of CoveView and its affiliates prior private equity businesses. Prior to CoveView, Mr. Faust worked at Banc of America Securities, where he was responsible for originating, structuring, and executing complex corporate and asset-backed fixed income transactions, and also previously worked at Wachovia Securities. Mr. Faust has a B.S. from Virginia Tech and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
