Bio

Mr. Fontaine has over 14 years combined experience in corporate finance, investment banking, and public accounting. Prior to joining CoveView, Mr. Fontaine was a Vice President at Huron Transaction Advisory, the investment banking affiliate of Huron Consulting Group. He advised on numerous transactions including both in- and out-of-court mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and debt and equity restructurings. Prior to that, Mr. Fontaine was a Senior Associate at KPMG in their Audit practice. He holds a B.B.A. from Loyola Maryland University.
