Mr. McNicholas has over 28 years of experience and has completed over 75 M&A, restructuring, private equity and capital markets transactions across a range of industries. Prior to CoveView, Mr. McNicholas was Managing Partner at GateHouse Capital Management, a middle market direct investment and advisory firm. Prior to Gatehouse, Mr. McNicholas was Head of Investment Banking at The PrinceRidge Group, an investment bank focused on the middle market. Prior to PrinceRidge, Mr. McNicholas was a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan, responsible for its North American middle market M&A business and a member of its Fairness Opinion Committee. Before joining J.P. Morgan, Mr. McNicholas spent 14 years at The Blackstone Group where he completed numerous M&A, restructuring and private equity transactions. Mr. McNicholas holds a B.A. from Williams College, an M.S. in Accounting from New York University and an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia.
