Mr. Tredwell has more than 29 years of private equity and capital markets experience. In addition to be being a founding partner of CoveView, he serves as the Managing Member of Heartland Industrial Partners LP, a leveraged buyout fund. Mr. Tredwell has executed, as a principal investor, more than 30 acquisitions, divestitures and recapitalizations. He has managed and implemented complex operational and financial restructurings of LBO fund portfolio companies and, as a lead shareholder, he has initiated and implemented annual cost reductions of more than $200 million. He has served as a Director on the boards of six companies on three continents, and he has significant experience in board-level corporate crisis management. Before founding CoveView and Heartland Industrial Partners, Mr. Tredwell was a Managing Director in the High Yield Securities Group at the predecessor firm of J.P. Morgan. Mr. Tredwell has a B.A. from Miami University of Ohio and an M.B.A from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
