Jaber has over 25 years of experience in the software sector, where he served in roles as a CEO and an investment banker. Since joining Corum, he has successfully closed deals in AI, Healthtech, Fintech and IT Services for clients across Belgium, France, Germany, Latvia, Portugal, Switzerland, the UK, and the USA. Before Corum, he served as CEO for two tech firms, navigating them from acquisition and development to successful exits. Additionally, he co-founded an M&A advisory firm with a focus on the Software and IT Services sectors, where he advised on several buy and sell-side M&A deals as well as fund raising. Earlier in his career, Jaber worked as an equity analyst covering software stocks for ABN-AMRO. He also held senior positions in global accounts management at SAP and Hewlett-Packard and worked as a management consultant with KPMG Peat Marwick. In recent years, Jaber has invested time and funds in a variety of tech startups and young companies. Jaber holds an MSc in Computational Mathematics from ENSEEIHT and an MBA from INSEAD. His extensive international experience is complemented by his fluency in English, French, and Spanish.
