Gina joined the Corum Group in 1986. She is Corum's COO and President of Software Investments. Software Investments is a worldwide advisor providing merger and acquisition services to smaller software and related technology companies and product divisions. A division of Corum Group, Ltd., Software Investments started in the late 90’s. Previously, Gina held a key executive position for RoseSoft, publisher of the widely acclaimed keyboard macro utility ProKey. She was instrumental in growing the company, and assisting in the ultimate sale of that firm with Corum Group’s assistance. In addition, Gina founded and was CEO of InfoBase, a privately held services firm focused on database management.
