Philip Annacone Bio

Philip Annacone joined Corporate Fuel in 2014 and is responsible for supporting the mergers & acquisitions, debt & equity capital advisory and private equity activities of the firm. He has advised on assignments and transactions that span various industries, including food & ingredients manufacturing, import & distribution, consulting, financial technology and building products. Prior to joining the Corporate Fuel team, he worked in the brokerage services industry, most recently with New York Life Insurance Company. Philip is a CFA® charterholder and holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses. A graduate of Northeastern University, Philip earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the College of Business Administration, concentrating in Finance. His finance and accounting background includes undergraduate positions at MFS Investment Management and Utility Risk Management Corporation as a part of his degree at Northeastern. He graduated Magna Cum Laude and enjoyed playing hockey and soccer at the intramural and club levels.
