Thilo joined CFI Germany in 2015 after working for various M&A and Management Consulting boutiques where he participated in numerous transactions. He is specialised in buy and sell-side advisory, capital raising assignments and distressed M&A. In addition, Thilo has profound knowledge in restructuring and turnaround management and strategy development. Thilo holds a MSc in Business Administration and Engineering and spent more than 10 years in the consulting and corporate finance industry.
