Sergio Cerdán Bio

With over 25 years’ experience in M&A, including professional services, private equity and corporate development, Sergio has been particularly focused on the mid-market for more than 15 years. In this time, he has successfully closed more than 50 M&A and financing transactions. He has also worked for Auna (Telecoms), Telepizza (Restaurants), Cofir (Private Equity) and Alpha Corporate (M&A advisory firm part of the Arthur Andersen Group). Holding a double degree in European Business Administration from Middlesex University (London) and ICADE (Madrid) and a Program for Management Development (PDD) from IESE Business School (Madrid), he also works as an M&A professor, advising others on how to take up the craft.
