Lodovico has over 30 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. He began his career at Bain & Co. before transitioning to senior roles in corporate finance at prestigious investment banks such as Leonardo & Co., Soditic, J.H. Schroders, Warburg & Co., Baring Brothers, Hambrecht & Quist, and Banca Intermobiliare. Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in numerous high-profile transactions, providing advisory services to companies across various industries and countries. Lodovico graduated from Harvard University and holds an MBA from IMD Business School in Lausanne.
