John Hart is a Managing Director of CFI USA and leads the firm’s Plastics & Packaging team. He has over 18 years of professional experience advising clients with company sales, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, recap transactions and financings. John Hart specialises in assisting companies that operate in the plastics and packaging industries and has led the successful completion of more than 20 transactions in these industries over the last 6 years. He has also provided strategic advisory to numerous companies to assist shareholders with planning for an ultimate sale. John’s clients have included entrepreneurs, family owned businesses, large international companies and private equity groups. John has authored over 30 plastics and packaging industry M&A reports and is a frequent speaker at plastics and packaging industry trade conferences. He has also contributed to numerous articles and industry reports relating to plastics and packaging M&A. John’s network includes many of the strategic players and private equity groups in the plastics and packaging industries. John has a bachelor’s degree in accounting with a finance emphasis from Michigan State University.
