John Hart Bio

John Hart is a Managing Director of CFI USA (PMCF) and leads the firm’s Plastics & Packaging team. He has nearly 20 years of professional experience advising clients with company sales, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, recap transactions, and financings. John specializes in assisting companies that operate in the plastics and packaging industries and has led the successful completion of more than 30 transactions in these industries over the last ten years. He has also provided strategic advisory to numerous companies to assist shareholders with planning for an ultimate sale. John’s clients include entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, large international companies, and private equity groups.
