Joe Wagner is a Managing Director with CFI USA and co-leads the firm’s Diversified Industrials team. He has nearly 15 years of investment banking experience focused on the execution of buy-side and sell-side M&A advisory, shareholder recapitalisations, leveraged and management buyouts, and the private placement of senior and subordinated debt. He specialises in advising businesses that serve manufacturing, distribution and transportation industries and has represented privately-held and publicly-listed companies and private equity groups both domestically and internationally. He is a frequent speaker and contributor to M&A focused events and publications. Joe earned a BBA with distinction with an emphasis in finance from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Joe also earned an MBA with distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University where he earned Beta Gamma Sigma honours.
