Over the last 25 years, João has worked on more than 100 M&A transactions and conducted several business valuations and company restructurings. He is responsible for attracting new business and managing existing projects. Previously, João was also part of BNP’s Financial Advisory team in Portugal as well as Managing Director and CEO of various industrial companies.
