Jan-Erik joined CFI Germany in 2013 after working in various M&A boutiques and investment banks in New York. He has participated in numerous projects in international sell side and buy side transactions, refinancing, restructuring, strategy development, and company transformation processes. He graduated from the University in Düsseldorf with a MSc in Business Administration and has spent more than 15 years in the consulting and corporate finance industry.
