Blake Davis Bio

Blake has more than a decade of commercial experience and has led the delivery of significant M&A transactions for more than 6 years. He has vast experience in the provision of transaction advisory services including financial and market analysis, deal and commercial contract negotiation, stakeholder and due diligence process management. Blake is a competent negotiator, regularly interfacing with strategic investors including private equity, large private trade players and listed companies – both locally in Australia and internationally.
