Bio

Bálint Török is a Director of CFI Hungary since 2016, working as the project leader. He gathered 20 years of experience in the field of due diligence, corporate valuation and controlling of small and medium sized companies and projects. Working for a local financial services company, he took part in M&A transactions in different industries on either buy-side or sell-side and has experience in arranging financing for transactions. Previously Bálint was also engaged in equity and macroeconomic analysis. He has master’s degree in Economics, graduated at Corvinus University of Budapest with major in Finance, and has a post-graduate legal degree.
