Arleu Anhalt has over 30 years of financial services experience, including 17 years as Investor Relations and Finance Executive in Brazilian public companies such as Sadia and Thomson. In Thomson, he also became Partner and CEO. Additionally, he was the former president of the Brazilian Investor Relations Institute – IBRI and awarded “Investor Relations of the Year” twice. Arleu has advised more than 15 IPO processes and has performed more than 20 M&A transactions. He has a degree and a post-graduate degree in Administration and Marketing from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
