Vinicius has worked on an extensive list of M&A transactions, both as an advisor and also conducting proprietary M&A within Patria Investimentos. As an Equity Capital Markets professional, he delivered multiple IPOs and Follow-Ons at NYSE, NASDAQ and the B3 stock exchange. Across the years, Vinicius developed strong relationships with Companies' stakeholders, Institutional Investors and Financial Sponsors, with deep expertise in the Real Estate, Logistics, TMT and Fintech industries.
