Ralph Fain Bio

Ralph Fain is a Managing Director in CFA's Houston office with experience advising companies ranging from Fortune 500 to middle market companies. In addition to having served in several C-level financial positions (Controller and/or V.P. - Finance and Administration), he also founded and grew a B2B start up to $70MM in revenue prior to selling same. Additionally, he has served as President/CEO of a $100MM B2B division of a health care company. His experience encompasses both buy-side and sell-side representations and, as a former entrepreneur/middle-market company owner, Ralph understands the complex and unique issues of private company owners who are looking to sell.
