Bio

David DuWaldt brings with him more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance and M&A advisory services for middle market companies. He developed his expertise within a public accounting firm environment and has represented clients in a variety of business matters including tax planning, compliance, sourcing of capital, structuring business transactions, and business valuation. Since 1981, David has been either a partner or principal of a public accounting firm. He has represented numerous parties in M&A transactions that are associated with a variety of business activities including manufacturing, wholesale distribution, real estate, construction, and business services. He has a substantial amount of training and experience in taxation, business valuation, business negotiations and financial management. Utilizing the visual basic language, David wrote a commercial software application for estimating the intrinsic value of publicly traded companies, which employs the discounted cash flows to equity method. The software application was licensed with The Motley Fool, a commercial website for investing and personal finance. From 1972 to 1976, David attended undergraduate school at the University of California, Santa Barbara and California State University, Long Beach leading to a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree, with an emphasis in financial management. In 1986, he received his M.B.A. degree from Golden Gate University, with an emphasis in taxation.
