LeRoy specializes in planning and effectively executing mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations and sales, and financing transactions. He advises business owners and senior executives about business growth and value strategies in various industries, especially manufacturing and distribution. He assists clients with all aspects of buy-side, sell-side and financing transactions, including valuation analysis; financial modeling; due diligence; and identifying, contacting and negotiating with potential buyers, sellers or lenders on behalf of clients. LeRoy had formerly been with CliftonLarsonAllen (Schenck) since 1984, retiring as a shareholder in January 2019.
