Bio

Chris is a Senior Vice President with Cornerstone, focused on the Education and Training industry. Before joining Cornerstone, Chris was a successful entrepreneur who started, grew, and exited two of his own 7-figure learning & development companies. One of these companies was Yukon Learning, a leader in custom e-Learning development space and strategic training partner for Articulate®. Chris was also the creator the award-winning Cameo® product, the first SAAS-based learning reinforcement tool in the industry. Since selling his own companies, Chris has worked both buy and sell side transactions with multiple companies in the L&D space. Before starting his entrepreneurial journey, Chris worked in the corporate world for 10+ years, primarily as a Process Engineer in the electronic, filtration, and consumer product manufacturing industries. In 2000, he was selected by the Commerce Department as an Examiner for the prestigious Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. Chris is a Certified Mergers and Acquisitions Advisor with the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors and a Certified Value Builder with Value Builder Systems. He is also a member of the Learning Guild, Association for Talent Development, IBBA and M&A Source. Chris earned an undergraduate degree in Math and Computer Science from Shenandoah University and an Executive MBA with honors from Virginia Commonwealth University.
