Matt graduated from Durham University prior to qualifying as a chartered accountant with Deloitte, where he focused on international corporate reorganisations. He then joined Barclays Capital, driving the development and execution of structured transactions, often with complex tax arrangements, from conception through to execution. His experience covers transaction management, modelling and deal structuring. He is one of Corbett Keeling's industrials and chemicals M&A specialists.
