Mr. Sean Coleman is a Vice President at Copper Run and assists with client services and business development. Mr. Coleman has experience in mergers & acquisitions, raising capital, and consulting. Primarily working with middle market companies, Mr. Coleman has facilitated transactions in manufacturing, business services, distribution, logistics, information technology, and healthcare industries. Prior to joining Copper Run, Mr. Coleman executed mergers and acquisitions for EdgePoint Capital, an industry-agnostic investment bank serving the lower middle market. Prior to that, Mr. Coleman was an Equity Research Analyst where he performed detailed research, valued, and made investment recommendations on publicly-traded companies with $120 billion+ market cap to mutual funds and hedge funds. Mr. Coleman also ran an independent M&A consulting firm, created and operated a startup company, and helped a law firm add an M&A advisory division to its business. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University with concentrations in Finance. He holds his FINRA Series 7, Series 63, Series 78, and Series 79. Mr. Coleman has also passed Level 1 of the CFA Certification.
