Michael is responsible for developing key sector-relevant relationships, originating transactions, and providing advisory services to private equity firms, assisting portfolio companies in their growth strategies across a variety of industries. He gained expertise when working in Corporate Strategy and Development at Huntington Bancshares Inc. where he focused on potential bank targets, strategic acquisitions, divestiture, and joint-venture opportunities, utilizing complex merger models and strategic scenario analyses to guide executive and board leadership decision-making. Michael enjoys time with family, taking long road trips with screaming children, or watching Paw Patrol episodes for the 100th time. He resides with his wife and kids in Powell, Ohio.
