Jeremy is a seasoned M&A leader with extensive experience in the franchise and investment banking industries, specializing in building strategic relationships, originating transactions, and providing advisory services to private equity firms, portfolio companies, and strategic buyers. His expertise lies in helping businesses grow across various industries. Before joining Copper Run, Jeremy spent 12 years in the franchise sector, working with six leading franchise, private-equity-backed brands, including Neighborly (KKR), ServiceMaster (Roark Capital), Authority Brands (Apax Partners), and Re-Bath (TPZ Group). His roles focused on sales and development within these market-leading brands. Earlier in his career, Jeremy was a Partner at a boutique middle-market investment bank for 15 years, where he led search engagements for private equity groups and strategic buyers. He currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona, and in his spare time you’ll find him outdoors, hiking and traveling with his dog Kona.
