Jason Kraynak Bio

Jason is a Managing Director at Copper Run, responsible for driving new business development and leading client engagements to execute unique M&A strategies. He leverages his experience in both buy-side and sell-side transactions for a variety of clients, including private equity, privately held businesses, publicly traded companies, and family offices. Prior to Copper Run, Jason worked in wealth management at Graystone Consulting, a business of Morgan Stanley, where his nationally recognized team oversaw $5 billion in AUM and provided investment consulting and discretionary asset management services to his individual and business clients. He also worked at American Federal Savings Bank and Wells Fargo. Jason and his wife have a four-year-old daughter, whom he is training to follow in his footsteps as an avid fan of the Cleveland Browns.
