Miranda is a Vice President with Cook M&A Advisory Services. She is responsible for executing strategic acquisition searches on behalf of Cook’s private equity clients. For over ten years, Miranda has led targeted acquisition searches on behalf of private equity groups, venture capitalists, industry and financial buyers. Managing the full acquisition cycle from strategy and search to closing deals, Miranda’s success completing middle market acquisitions has allowed her clients to acquire platform companies as well as add-ons, primarily in the manufacturing sector.
