Kevin Pilz is a VP of Origination with Cook M&A Advisory Services. Kevin is responsible for developing relationships with private equity firms, family offices, and companies to assist with accelerating growth strategies with mutually beneficial relationships. Prior to joining Cook M&A, Kevin’s professional experience includes more than 20 years as a banker with structured finance groups at Guggenheim Partners, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Bank of America. Kevin also led capital raise projects as a commercial real estate banker with Hammes Company and was a fintech strategy consultant at Equifax. Kevin is dedicated to customer relationships and partnerships with clients by first understanding the unique challenges and then developing creative alternatives and customized solutions. Kevin earned an MBA from DePaul University and a BS from Miami University of Ohio.
