James was part of the team which founded Convex in 2011, sharing the vision that entrepreneurs ready to explore an M&A journey deserved a partner who understood their uniqueness, was unconflicted, and could deliver the best deal. He is the Partner who leads the origination and analyst teams focused on global acquirer networking and the sourcing and securing of new transactions across the UK and Internationally. James brings a wealth of experience and is responsible for originating over £1.5bn of market leading deals across key sectors including business services, internet, software & technology, and industrials.
