James was part of the team which founded Convex in 2010, sharing the vision that entrepreneurs ready to explore an M&A journey deserved a partner who understood their uniqueness, was unconflicted, and could deliver the best deal. He is the Managing Partner who leads the origination and analyst teams focused on global acquirer networking and the sourcing and securing of new transactions across the UK and Internationally. James brings a wealth of experience and is responsible for originating over £2bn of market leading deals across key sectors including business services, consumer, food & beverage, software & technology, and industrials. Away from deal making James is a very competitive sportsman, a trait he often brings to the deal table.
