Upon graduating Newcastle University with a MSc in Banking and a BA in Accounting and Finance, Indy joined Deloitte where he spent 6 years working across the Audit & Assurance and then Transaction Services departments. Whilst in the Transaction Service department he gained exposure to the Corporate Finance market through providing vendor and acquisition due diligence across a broad range of sectors and clients including entrepreneurs. He joined Convex in 2019 and is now a Partner responsible for executing transactions across various sectors. Indy enjoys getting to know entrepreneurs and their motivations and drivers behind the Business. Therefore, Convex was the perfect fit and through a combination of his experience and skill set, ensures the best results are achieved for the clients. Away from Convex, Indy enjoys most sports with particular interest in F1, Football and Cricket and socialising with friends.
