Chris is a founder of Convex Capital. Since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant he has spent three decades advising entrepreneurial and owner managed businesses, completing over 100 deals. This experience has given him lots of perspective on both life and business and in particular the potential pitfalls when it comes to selling companies for substantial value.
